Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital course delivery

Our courses are digital content delivered online. After payment confirmation, access to available lessons appears in your account. Additional lessons may unlock according to the schedule displayed on the course page at the time of purchase.

2. Requesting a cancellation or refund

To request a refund or exercise a statutory withdrawal right, email with the email address used for your account, order reference, course name, purchase date and a description of the request. Do not send payment card details or passwords.

3. Consumer rights

Your ability to withdraw from the purchase, and any exceptions for immediately delivered digital content, depend on the consumer law applicable to your transaction. Where the law requires express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgement of the loss of a withdrawal right, any such loss occurs only if those legal conditions are met. Merely opening a course does not automatically eliminate mandatory consumer rights. You may have additional remedies when digital content is defective, unavailable or not as described.

4. Processing

We review refund requests under applicable law and communicate our decision and next steps by email. Approved refunds are returned using an available method supported by the payment provider and relevant rules. The time until the credit appears may depend on the bank or payment provider.

5. Access after refund

Where a refund lawfully terminates access to a purchased course, access may be revoked after the refund is confirmed. This does not affect your rights in relation to other purchased courses.

6. Help with access problems

If you cannot open your course, first contact so we can investigate and restore access where appropriate. This does not limit your right to seek a refund or other legal remedies.
